WZ Satu Berhad ("WZ Satu or "the Company") - Proposed Acquisition of the entire equity interest in Citaglobal Hospitality Sdn. Bhd. ("Proposed Acquisition")

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 29 April 2022 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, words and expressions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those attributed to them in the Announcement.

 

The Board wishes to announce that the SPA has become unconditional on 31 May 2022 following the fulfilment/obtainment/waiver of Conditions Precedent upon terms acceptable to the parties, and the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 31 May 2022 in accordance with the terms of the SPA.
