The Board of Directors of Xin Hwa Holdings Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Fourth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 28 July 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the AGM held today by way of poll.

 

The scrutineer appointed by the Company for the poll voting process is Mr. Elvis Quan Chek Tung.
