The Board of Directors of Xin Hwa Holdings Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Fifth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 30 July 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the AGM held today by way of poll.

 

The result of the poll was validated by the Independent Scrutineer, Mr. Elvis Quan Chek Tung.
